Hello, hello. It’s been a while.
I’ve been busy with my Final Year Project, of which I will share the juicy details soon. (like, early January 2017 soon)
I have been tasked by my lecturer to share what my current set of skills, abilities, and interests are, as well as how I will use them in the game development industry.
Alright, let’s make this easy to read.

- Record, edit and deliver videos.
- Simple voice recording and editing for audio related matters
- Experienced stage fight performer and choreographer.
INTEREST
- Enjoy experiencing worlds, whether it’s from movies, comics, books or shows.
- I look for and enjoy games with choices and consequences elements.
- Also, love those with interesting stories
- Watching fight scenes from multiple media and replicating them in real life.
- Creative writing, as important as Technical writing is for Designers I prefer to write creative and entertaining stories.
- Narrative and Pacing elements, I take notice of this in particular since I like to digest my info with sufficient time allowed and use this knowledge in my projects.
- Like to meet people from different places, from beyond my own social circle or a country.
- Watch videos on Culture and History.
From what I have been through so far at the KDU Game Dev course, I see myself going down these paths:
- Game Balance Designer
It’s a tedious process but somebody gotta do it, and I enjoy sitting down and figuring out how to balance features properly so players feel they have control and options so to not get upset when or if they lose. - Producer
I’ve led teams before and realize the importance of someone keeping an eye on the overall picture and making sure everything gets done ON time. I can communicate well and create production plans to make sure everyone is on the same page and work together smoothly. - Level Designer
With my interest and attention to player experience and pacing, I can create tutorial levels/normal levels for any game and make sure players are equipped with the sufficient space, tools, and time to tinker about before being bombarded with too much info to enjoy the game. I want my players to have fun, not feel overwhelmed like they are studying for a test. - Game Cinematics Designer
I ‘ve been through a Mass Comm course before KDU and performed on stage for several years and helped shot a few video projects. These skills can help me with the storytelling technique, animation, and characterization of a project. I like tinkering with that stuff too anyway. - Game Journalist
I know, I know.. It’s not Game Development directly, but I like to write and play games. While I’m doing that as my day job, I will continue to create board games or small flash games on the side. (still like to Design games, man)
Andddddd, that’s all for now. I’ll write again soon on what I think on why people play games, stay tuned and have a good day.
